[s-cars] Overboosting.

Have you verified that the duty cycle of the computer to the WGFV is 0 when
you go over the boost setpoint?  If not, then for some reason the computer
still thinks it should be pouring on the boost.

 I have used both the K valve and the stock H valve with the same result.
Currently the K is installed. My spare H is in Marc's car after his H quit
last week. The problem seems to occur with either valve.
 Scott Mocky's site makes a comment about the MAF in overboost. That may be
my next swap. Unfortunately, Marc is out of town for the long weekend, so I
have no parts bin.
