[s-cars] Fuel prices (NAC)

Locally in this section of southern WV 93 octane fuel is running 
$3.399/gallon.  This is not nearly as bad as some of the prices I have been 
hearing about from other regions.  My wife and I had to attend a meeting in 
Boone County, WV, about 50 miles SW of here as the crow flies or about 90 
miles by road.  While there I filled up my tank with Exxon 93 for 
$3.099/gallon.  The inconsistency is apparent.
