[s-cars] Fuel prices (NAC)

[LL - NY]

Try $3.759/gal for 93 in Hancock, NY. In Mahwah, NJ (just was there earlier)
$3.279, and that's downstate (although NJ doesn't tax fuel). Further upstate
in NY (about 80 miles north of NYC), it was $3.499. Hows that for 
inconsistant?
