I don't actually run Safeway brand oil.   But truthfully... I couldn't tell 
you what is in there right now.  I just keep it clean and topped off. 
No-name brands are just repackaged name brands anyway.    I don't think 
there is a motor oil manufacturer who makes "bad" oil and then re-packages 
it.     I am sure there are differences...I've just never seen any direct 
evidence of it.     Still, I feel better too about pouring in a quart of 
Castrol versus the no-name brand from the gas station.
