Thanks, Trevor.  I just called Dave and ordered the links and split collars.
He has to make up the links (probably later next week), so if anyone else is
interested, get in touch with him and maybe see if he'll cut a deal on
making a few sets.

Dave Brian Bilotti and I worked with Dave Stone to build what I had done
with my car.  Dave sells a right/left heims with a length that I speced
out so that it will not destroy the cv boots.  We also have split
collers that we got for them and I believe that Dave sells them as well.
