[s-cars] Replacing whinning blower

I feel your pain. I did Heater core/blower replacement this year.

If it me I would make a hole in a housing (so you can insert plug that you 
buy before make a hole)
Then I would try weight on each fin until I find balance. Trial and error 
but should be faster than replacing blower motor.
