[s-cars] Manual seat parts for C4

i wouldn't count on the bolt pattern being the same between the race
seat and the stock seat.  it wasn't on either my mustang or my spec miata.
however, 1/4" aluminum plate, with holes drilled in appropriate places,
got the job done for me.
