I admit I didn't read the link, but are you saying that the EPA is going to
put black boxes in cars? Why?

Even if that is the case, that's really no different than those people
running
with no cats or gutted cats.

There is definitely no "tampering with evidence" chargeable because it would
only
become evidence after the fact- that would be like charging a murderer with
the
same charge because he/she moved/hid the body.

Sounds like I would have to get standalone engine management and some sort
of aftermarket ABS/traction/yaw control box in order to get around the
"black box"
electronics that are present in a Z06 Vette, for instance.
