[s-cars] Rear Cross Member Mounts

I'm doing a suspension overhaul and am trying to locate the rubber mounts that 
sit in the rear cross member as it mounts to the underside of the car.

There are 4 in total, 2 per side, ETKA does not show this part on the UrS4/S6. 
But does on a 1991 and older 100q - problem is that is says "part number 
unknown".

A local lister (Dave F) happended to have a spare cross member in his garage 
and read of the part number (441 505 203, made by Boge). Problem is that its 
not recognized by ETKA and I confirmed this from two sources (dealer and 
aftermarket).

Anyone know where I can find this part?
