[s-cars] re. Euro Lights?

I've been meaning to do this myself, and will when I finally upgrade
the UrS with my HID kit. And as the B-man said, the angle of the cut-off
is actually 15 degrees, not 45 (which would blind anyone whom happened
to be to the right of you). Learned this from

Now if only I could figure out how to do the same for my non-projector
Saabaru.
