[s-cars] in tank fuel guage/float

I have not changed the pump, but I have heard others say that unless you 
are very careful about putting all the wires back the same way, the 
float can hang up and give incorrect readings.  This has been a common 
problem.  So, you will likely have to take it out again and find the 
float problem.
