[s-cars] Tie rod ends

No the $300 didn't include it. I found out about it from the shop that
was doing an alignment for me. They said they were too loose and that
they couldn't align it without replacing the tie rod ends. Alignment
was going to be another $80 on top of the $320 for the tie rod ends
bringing me to a $400 alignment. Ouch.
