[s-cars] STILL no heat!!!!

I had the passenger side linkage bind in addition to the servo motor
going bad. I had to file a flat spot on one of the linkage arms to get
it to work properly. As Rich suggested, expose the linkage and have
someone cycle the temperature control to full hot and full cold. See if
the linkage moves proportional to the temperature settings.
