Unless the '95.5 and later cars are different, this should work just like the Type 85/89/44 cars. Turn the driver's door key once clockwise (CCW on passenger door) to directly lock the driver's door and activate the pneumatics to lock the other doors and trunk/hatch.
To unlock, turn driver's door lock once CCW to unlock driver's door only, twice to unlock everything else. Same thing but in reverse on passenger side.
If it's not working you may need to look into the pump or wiring from the door switches.
