[s-cars] Couple rookie urS4 questions

The rear sway bar only came on the 1992 sedans cars and I think the S6
Avants. The outer mounts to the cast wheel housing via balljoint links and
the inner mounts to the cross member with a rubber bushing.
I recently swapped in a 1992 cross member, wheel housings and sway bar on my
1997 S6. Hard to say if there was any improvement - the rear sway bar is
very small diameter (~14 mm).
