I believe Dave is right, this is not a standard Apikol product but he 
can/will make them in a pinch.  My car was DOA and 034 was out of stock 
on a few parts and I was directed to Apikol by this list.  Brendan 
whipped one up for me (thankfully).

Dave's DIY instructions are great and will save you some $, just not any 
time.  My car is a daily driver so I bought the kit to get up and 
running quickly.
