[s-cars] Seat rockin and rattling.......in a bad way

The passenger's seat in the wife's 93 S4 rocks, I believe
it's rocking up on the right rear.

This annoying causes a rattle when there isn't a passenger.

Does anyone know if there is replacable clip or wear part
in the seat rail?
