After my previous reply I checked out Pelican to see what they had. I was surprised to see that the Karlyns are only $45.
I have never heard of them and obvioulsy don't know anything about their quality, so this is completely subjective and speculative but, if they're around half the price of the Meyles that seem to be junk, how good could they be?
When I see prices this low compared to other well known brands like TRW and Febi my Martian antennae start rising and I get suspicious of quality. TRWs can be had for less than $100.
