Yes. I have successfully rebuilt the rack on my old 200TQ.

Yes. It should be listed in the ETKA.

I am afraid that you won't find any off the shelf tools. I had to 
machine my own.

Yes. Buy a rebuilt one unless you are as pedantic as the yours truly, 
don't trust anyone but yourself, have access to a lathe and know how to 
machine metals.
