[s-cars] Cracked Big Brake Brackets - ECS Stage 2

The ECS kit uses the 314x30 rotors that are from the early European A8.

The RS2 bracket works with 323x30 rotors that are from the US-spec S8
(facelift). The rotor is not perfectly centered and is off by 1 mm. The
reason for this is that the RS2 used 32 mm thick rotors.

The RS2 bracket will also work with a BIRA hat and 993tt rotor ring
(323x32).
