[s-cars] Auxiliary Water Pump / Turbocharger coolant pump

I replaced mine.  It only comes on during very hot weather after the
car has been driven moderately to hard.  It does not come on for
several minutes after turning the car off.  I don't think a 60-second
cool-down is a safe substitute.

It is an easy swap and much cheaper than a warped head.
