[s-cars] RE; 2B camber plate question

I'm just about to order a set, but my Avant isn't lowered and it won't make spec now!
I've been planning on putting a set of 2Bennett sport springs on the front and their coilovers (which I have) on the rear. How much movement is there availble on the plates?

List,
So I installed those bad boys and had the car alligned love the way the car 
is driving etc.....

but everytime I drive on a rough surface I get thunk thunk thunk in sync with 
the cars movement. I think the sound is from the strut towers...is this 
normal... or did I biff the install???
