[s-cars] IC fuse gone anyone BTDT

The saga continues. 94 urS4. 5amp Fuse #15 on the end of the dash panel blows 
resulting in no gauges working. No speedo, tach, temp or fuel. Ecu was fried 
by juping teh car with a battery charger on high setting. car now starts with 
borrowed ECU. Are there any common reasons for the fuse on the IC to blow? 
Anywhere to look in the archives? Thanks for past help. Any ideas are welcome. 
Something tells me I should have not sold my backup IC. Live and learn. If it is 
the IC, who is teh go to guy to fix em? Please reply to bikeaudi at aol.com as
