[s-cars] radio volume problem

It's probably a bad or dirty encoder on the volume knob. You may be
able to disassemble the radio, and clean it with some tuner cleaner
or the like, or perhaps you could swap in the encoder (or the whole
circuit board it's on) from your spare radio.
