Cessna Citation, right? Or is it Chevy Citation? :-)

Audi doesn't even make a mid-size manual transmission sports sedan or wagon
any more. Put that together with the dealerships' service and it's a
no-brainer to switch brands. The local BMW and MBZ dealers and my local
Volvo dealer are all much better than the local Audi dealers (all 4 of
them). They need to take notes from MBZ and Lexus in how to treat customers.
