[s-cars] Apikol coil conversion compatibility with MTM 1+

in case you didnt know, AMD/addict motorsport design offers the 1.8 type
coil conversion as well,  besides the Dave F writeup that exists..

Jason at AMD can speak well on why i or anyone should go that route,, its
just my personal experience with those coils that deters me.

if youre leaning because of the harness,, you should consider the high
output kit Javad offers is a whole different beast than the 1.8t type coil
kit regardless of harness.
