[s-cars] help please, urgent coilpack problem

Dave,
Tracking down that failing coil isn't all that bad. Disconnect
injector for cylinder #1 and go for a short high boost drive. The
engine, of course, will be missing on #1 and when boost gets up some
it will also miss on the bad coil cylinder. It will go from hitting
on 4 cylinders to hitting on only three. Reconnect injector #1 and
do it again on #2. Repeat in succession until you find the cylinder
which does not get worse when boost hits. That is the bad
one. Replace that coil and your problem will be solved - for a while
until another coil goes south.
