[s-cars] Wheel Bearing tool?

What is this $400 Audi tool, Dave?

I would appreciate any information you have on it's description and
what it does.  The only things I know about are the dies for use in a
hydraulic press and clamshell for holding the axle stub.  I expect a set
of these could cost $400.
