[s-cars] So how do I remove rusted rear license plate bolts?

Dave,

I've reapaired two S4's in the fashion Steve describes, works well.
An FYI, the bolts that came with my kit had to be shortened otherwise
they would bottom out. Before cutting them shorter put the nut on the
bolt and then cut it, the nut will straighten the threads for you.
