I've used replacement plastic fasteners from FLAPs or those large
screw-in type wall anchors with good success.  Another option is
velcro tape, works well and is weather resistant (tested in VT for 3
winters...)

If all else fails, you can always zip tie, but its the least aesthetic
option.  If you are a gamer, pull the rear bumper and go to town with
a McGyver solution!
