[s-cars] Fuel Filter leak?

Coming to the conclusion that my leak near the fuel filter is actually the filter leaking at the crimp on the front, downward end, of the filter.  There seems to be some very slight corrosion on the bottom, and everytime I wipe it up, I can see fuel "weeping" up from the crease.  Anyone ever experience this before?  Anyone have a good source for a fuel filter?  Any tips on changing it out?  Thanks!
