[s-cars] How to dump codes?

	How did I not find that link on the SJM website?  Well, dumped the codes:

2413 - Mixture Adjustment
2144 - Knock Sensor #2
2341 - O2 Sensor Limit Exceeded
2113 - Cam Position Sensor
2111 - RPM Sensor.

	The first 3, not sure how old they are.  I know previous owner had a few 
issues after installing the 034 coil kit. And I know I can get the 2111 
code after a no start condition.  So, it does look like the CPS.  Car 
started fine after sitting.

	So this looks like a DIY job.  A $30 part, versus the $160 part from 
somewhere like SJM?
