[s-cars] t-belt and things

Not sure about the cam position sensor, but I had the crank seal start
leaking just a few
hundred miles after doing the timing belt.  Ended up doing the job twice
because of it.
Same thing happened on a different car (SHO).   Replace the crank seal while
your in there..
This was on a 169k 93 S4.
