Larry,
I'd do it, but it's SO much easier with a lift... and my Rotary is not up
until I build a new garage (hopefully this fall).  I.E. even if I don't
charge as much per hour, I might be more expensive in the long run.

It might be a lot of labor.... especially to drill out/extract the frozen
fasteners.  Generally they'll shear with air tools, allowing the tank to
drop, which frees up the access.

Anyhow, you've been to my house, in Port Crane, NY.

Anything less PITA he needs done?   ;-)
