Agreed tho, that looks stop-ish enough for gov't work - unless they're trying to get $$$ out of you (clearly), well then that's a flagrant foul.

But - how funny was it when you got said 'evidence'?  How'd it arrive?  Email?  "You've Got Ticket!"?  That is beyond absurd.  Tell them you were late for a trans removal, all will be understood.
