[s-cars] Red light traffic in Illinois

Paul,

I got busted on US Rt 15 heading north near Gettysburg PA, but he didn't have radar or lidar, at least with that you might have a chance.

They had those magnetic loops in the road hooked up to a computer that calculates your speed as you pass over them. You couldn't really see the cruiser until you were even with him. I don't remember but don't think he was a State Trooper.
