in NC, yes, many junkyards, yes, but not as many as one might think, junkyards with Audis, heck no. I may make a call tomorrow just to see if there's anything remotely close that I could rob a POS off just to confirm. I think ultimately the 1.8T conversion is the way to go for me, at least for now. I don't have the car chipped, the wastegate spring is unmolested, and my only plans are to someday install the Stromung exhaust that somehow is still in the box in my garage from the last(?) group build.
