[s-cars] New fuel filter won't stop leaking

There should be four washers total, one for each side of the banjo.
One between banjo and filter and one between banjo and bolt. You can
try to press the warped one flat with a pair of vice grips or just
whack it with a hammer, then clean it up with some emery cloth.
50% of the time it works all the time.
