Jerry,
I believe he was talking about the IP warning light, not the lights in the cars tail. Also, the brake lights in the C4 are in the fixed corners, not in the trunk lid. You'd lose the reverse lamps, license plate and rear fog when the lid wires fail, not running, brake and turn signals. BTDT with my type 44, glad to escape with the UrS.
