Speak for thine ownself Tom! J/k. Nice exercise and yes 4/6 are the same part but as mentioned I'm 99% certain they're NLA new from Audi. Also, I thought Miramar Audi in SD had gone through some changes and was no longer the discount dealer part source they have been in the past?

Cap, Left: 4A0 807 155 GRU GRU refers to primer finish, so if the
wash is paying the bill, paint to match is required.
Cap, Right 4A0 807 156 GRU

4D0 955 989A Nozzle Left
4D0 955 990A Nozzle Right (The original parts #s are superceded by
4.2L parts) The original numbers were 4A0 955 985/6

The best source for new parts would be San Diego Audi via this link:

If you are paying for these parts, they are a little pricey to be
buying new, considering the utility of these washers is negligible. I
would search the marketplace in audifans.com. I think Brad Larson had
some covers, and there are more cars being parted every week. Another
choice would be the trim below the headlights without
the hole for the nozzle and just eliminate the washer plumbing for
both sides.

Now that I read this again, I see that I searched S6 parts but I am
certain they are the same without retracing steps.

I would ignore Wilie's sarcasm since few of us at this point have
paint that will be harmed in the car wash.
