Now you're really being funny- an allroad? That's a huge POS- failing air
suspension, failing turbos, super high labor cost to service.

Then you talk about a V10 Touareg- an even bigger POS that has an even
worse problem with failing air suspension, lots of electrical issues.

You conveniently fail to address BMW's continual problem with HPFPs that
still hasn't been solved and the fact that the open deck block will fail
with regularity if you boost the engine much beyond the OE spec.

Stick to Audis- at least with the latest 40/60 torque split quattros and
the efficiency of the 2.0T and 3.0T engines, there is quite a decent
product to consider. 8-speed auto improves fuel efficiency tremendously and
the A5/S5 twins are some of the best looking coupes that you can buy for
reasonable money. The latest chassis A6/A7 is also a phenomenal car with
the 3.0T, yielding impressive mileage figures while posting decent
performance as well. The only thing that Audi has really dropped the ball
on are the lack of manual transmissions all over the line as well as lack
of real LSDs in the diffs.

If you think that dropping the ethanol subsidy will increase diesel sales
in the US, you have a pretty poor grasp of the energy market.
