Sorry that I can't help you with the hard stuff.  But it is easy to remove the logos.  I suggest heating it up either in the sun or carefully with a hair dryer.  Then using dental floss, slide the floss between the logo and car body.  You might have to saw the rubber adhesive like a saw with the floss. Rub off whatever adhesive/rubber is remaining with your fingers or carefully use bug and tar remover, goof off, etc. Then clean and wax the paint.
