[s-cars] Turbo....anyone have a loaner or one for cheap?

I had my cats checked (91 200q) a few months ago by a muffler shop.
They put it in the rack, drilled holes in the exhaust, ran the engine up
to about 4k with a meter monitoring things and said no blockage. They
then welded the small holes shut and charged me nothing for the 10
minutes it took. Another shop wanted $80 for the same thing.

I've been chasing a low boost issue for about a year now and finally
eliminated that.
