There is a checklist for the dealership to complete in order to qualify a vehicle for a CPO sale that should have been with the vehicle.  If the dealer
drags their feet on this I would contact AOA to arrange a face-to-face meeting with the regional rep.  I believe you can get the CPO checklist online
to review what items should have been inspected (but probably weren’t).  It certainly covers the spare and equipment.

The dealer may have trouble working in this lengthy certification of vehicle condition by the service dept, especially on a popular vehicle that may sell quickly and tend to play loose with this requirement.  After all, it is Audi that is footing the bill on this warranty.
