[urq] bolts holding the downpipe to the turbo

Aww...seriously?  I'll double-check tomorrow, but I definitely don't 
remember any studs.  I guess they pulled out?  Weird.  What holds the 
studs in the turbo...are they threaded?  If so, any reason I 
couldn't/shouldn't just run some bolts in there in place.  If I can't, 
how does one get new studs in there?

Turbo to downpipe?

4 M10 33x20 studs with self-locking nuts.
