[urq] EM removal

   Okay, I'm going to go ahead an admit ignorance on what exactly 
"shouldered" is.  I just want to make sure I don't end up with 10 studs 
for shouldered nuts and 10 non-shouldered nuts.
   So other than Jim's additions it seems like I have a reasonable parts 
list for the job?
