I removed / replaced the exhaust manifold when I replaced the head on my WR.
There's a list of part numbers and prices (for UK WR) there too.
The exhaiust manifold studs are not shouldered - that's some of the cam
cover studs.
You can leave the turbo oil lines attatched.
