[urq] I'm timid with moving alternate - belt broke

When my alternator light came on, I was relieved to
find the belt missing - something I can fix myself. I
ordered the v-belt, it should come tommorrow.
I loosen the lower alt adjustment bolt(on a tuning
fork like braket), and found an upper bolt which I
loosened a bit. I have a feeling that once the belt
is on I'm going to have a tough time getting a wrench
on the upper bolt. I still can't move the alternator
and I don't see any built in area where I can use a
lever or pry bar. Any ideas?
Also does anyone have a favorite tool to work with the
upper alternator hinge point. Both bolts are 13mm.
I'm thinking I might have to pick up a longer 13mm box
wrench without any offset and work from above.
