[urq] Ideas for rough running continued - Solved?

I agree.  When I was playing with the cutout by opening and closing
the throttle, if I held the switch closed, it would rev noticeable
less eagerly.

I verified 0 ohms when the switch is closed.

Time to remove the igloo.
