I found that my car has been burning a little coolant after my little
overheating incident...not sure if I blew a gasket or warped the head,
but I'm going to make plans to pull the head sometime in the near
future.

Any suggestions on how to tell what is wrong? I figure the head
gasket may be fairly obvious (damage, crack, pieces missing) but if
it's a warp, how will i know? Any good websites on the process, or
tips for planning it?

Thanks (yet) again,

If you have a compression gauge, test all cylinders. If you don't, I have
one I can lend/send to you. If the gasket is blown or the head warped it will
show up as a weak cylinder (or 2). Then the teardown will verify, and the
corrective measures will be more defined.
